I wanna share my experience with Pankaj Bajaj from Re/Max. When the idea of buying a house came up in our minds, we called Remax office and Pankaj spoke with us and explained everything in detail, and kept following up with us till we made the decision to buy the house, then we met him and he did everything to make us understand all the details of buying house as that was our first time, then the journey of Viewing houses started, we visited tens of them in different places, Pankaj was giving us his opinion about each house, if any of them is in a bad location or has something bad, he right away tells us about it, then we came to the point that we found the house that we loved, he made everything possible to ensure we are getting that house, and we got it, and it is really a very nice one, he kept supporting us till the closing date, and even after, he still supporting and helping us even after we bought the house, if you really want a very professional, patient, and nice Relator, I highly recommend Pankaj. We have been looking to buy a pre-construction property in Oakville for a long time but we were never able to secure one as there was always a very high demand and the projects were getting sold out in no time. We were referred to Pan Bajaj by one of our family members and he helped us secure a pre-construction property in Oakville in no time which checked all the boxes. He helped us throughout the purchase and the closing process. There was a time close to the closing date when our house was not completed but we were compelled to do the closing as the builder had got the occupancy certificate from the city. Pan Bajaj fought with the builder, got the closing date extended, and also went to the city's building department to make sure that our house was 100% completed before we got possession of it. He also helped us to find the best tenants possible for this house in a very short period. We are extremely happy with his professionalism and hard work.
