My husband and I have dealt with Pam on a number of real estate transactions over the last few years.She is a true professional in her field. Her knowledge of housing trends,market prices and potential buyers has been very valuable to us as we make our decisions on real estate investments. She has excellent skills in negotiating a contract and closing a deal.She has been able to help us work through any possible problems that could impede a contract being finalized. Pam is very prompt in getting back to us and is always a pleasure to speak with. Pam is a down to earth person who listens to her clients and truly care that they make the right decisions.

Pam helped us buy virtually in the midst of a pandemic! She walked us through every home using FaceTime. She looked at every home and showed every home like she was buying for herself which was so appreciated when we couldn’t see it in person ourselves. She helped us get all the information we could before making any decisions. Even once everything was done she made herself available for anything we needed while we were in quarantine. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement.
