This is the third time I have used Norm as my realtor for the sale or purchase of my personal home . Norm was honest, knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and responded quickly to messages and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone .

Norm is respectful, patient, and very good at communication. His knowledge in the building structure like waterproofing membrane and piping is an asset in my home search.
