Unpacking a mountain of boxes will take some time. It is a good thing I am retired so I can tackle this! However, I am really enjoying the convenience of living in town and look forward to the Spring weather for longer discovery walks with Stella. I met Norm while out looking for an apartment to rent. Even though the place he was showing did not pan out, he was very helpful and answered my many questions patiently. I knew I had the right person to help me on my search, and when it came time to list my house, Norm and his wife were the agents I wanted. They make a great team and gave great advice to make the house appeal to a wider crowd. In a soft market, and after one open house, the house was sold! I will definitely enlist Norm and Terri-Lynn on the search for my next house. Thanks for all your help!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Norm Hilson to sell my home. Norm provided tons of advise and tips to make my home as appealing to new buyers as possible, and I believe I recieved a better return on my investment because of this. He was always very quick to answer any questions or help in any way. My house sold in just over a week to a rather difficult buyer. We have used Norm and Teri Lynn to buy and sell our own home a few years ago and recently used them again to sell my parents country home. We have found our real estate agents for life! They are extremely knowledgeable about both urban and rural listings. Our recent transaction required a lot of research regarding rooftop solar panels and their assistance in navigating the transfer of the contract was beyond helpful. They assisted in providing a contact for a new furnace at a price that couldn't be beat, and Norm even assisted in providing use of his enclosed trailer to move some last minute items on closing day. I don't know of any other agent who would do that! They are down to earth, honest and always available - they answer their cell phones at any hour and their response time couldn't be any better. We are beyond pleased with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Norm and Teri Lynn were excellent to work with. We are first time home buyers and they really guided us through the process, going above and beyond. They were always readily available to answer our questions and arrange showings. After purchasing our home, they continued to reach out to ensure all expectations were met and that we were happy with the house. Would definitely work with them again.
