We recently worked with Dean and Nolan on the purchase and sale of a home and could not have been happier with the results. From our initial meeting through closings they were professional and always had our interests as a priority. COVID-19 created additional complexity but Dean always made sure we felt safe on our visits. As the market was heating up and we did make offers, he guided us through negotiations to ensure we were competitive but did not overreach. The house we purchased in the end really was the perfect one for us! On our sale, Dean and Nolan provided assistance with staging as well as professional photography which really made our property stand out. Our home sold on the day we held offers with competing bids, ensuring a great price. We would highly recommend Dean and Nolan for your real estate transactions.
