We were recommended Nina as a real estate agent who could help to rent a long-term apartment. And this was an amazing recommendation. Nina is a excellent professional and a great person who is a pleasure to deal with. She made a good impression from the very first phone call, where she attentively listened to all our preferences and discussed all the details carefully. She provided lots of apartment options according to our preferences and responded back after each our request immediately. Nina always shared all advantages and disadvantages regarding potential apartments, she event told us lots of general life pieces of advice that were very helpful for newcomers. We viewed lots of options and once we found the best one for us Nina did her best in order to the landlord would choose us. Moreover, Nina arranged two visits to our apartments before we chose it so we could take a close look at everything carefully without any rush and previous tenants’ stuff and make a final decision. She pointed all the nuances to the agent from the landlord side to fix/clean/put stuff away, so when we finally got our keys the apartments were in very good condition, clean, with no odour and no mess. Also Nina checked all the facilities as washer,dryer, oven etc. We always felt like we were in safe hands and Nina would handle any difficulty while renting apartments.

I had a pleasant experience with Nina. She has an extensive knowledge of areas and buildings and understood my requirements perfectly. Nina helped me through every step of the way and answered my endless questions any time.

What more I can say about Nina. She is like a family member now know her since the day I came to Canada. Who understand our needs on how we wanted our future home to be, who has got lots of patiences, spend time with us every other day for more than 1 hour, who showed us more house than anybody can imagine. She is very friendly, who also understand our personal responsibility, future needs and our primary focus was areas with good school rating. She set a filter what works for us and advices whats best for us as well. Her negotiation skills are excellent when it comes to offer submission, she never makes us pay/ask more, she is highly skilled on handling this tactically.
