Nina helped us a lot in moving to Toronto. I was advised by my friends to contact her, which I have never regretted. First, she provided complete information on the districts, described the pros and cons of each. This was very important for us, since before we were in Toronto only for a few days. Secondly, we managed to find an apartment considering all our requirements and in accordance with our budget. Also, after our move, she told us a lot of useful things about our area and about life in Toronto.

My experience with Nina and house hunting was really amazing. Nina is very flexible in terms of showing houses, she never said no for any time we proposed to her. She never drag us in hurry. We have taken almost 1 year to find a home for us and she never ever rush us for any deals. She always present us with pron and cons for any house. She always shows us the best fit houses as per our need. She understands the clients need very well, study those and then only proceed with that. Nina was very helpful in finding the right neighbourhood and home for us. I didn't know much about Toronto personally, so she listened to our requirements and helped us narrow down to places that make sense. The purchasing process was straightforward, and she clearly had our best interests when putting in offers. She made sure to look into any possible problems with the place: status, outstanding repairs, etc Good to work with and would recommend!
