I asked to see many different options and being very picky (sorry Nik😭) but he is always friendly, professional, and understanding. We finally found great place! My wife and I worked with Nik to find our new place. We had just moved from Vancouver and the process alone was stressful enough. Nik made the rental search a breeze. We sent him what we were looking for and after some preliminary checks, we were off house hunting. The process took about 1 week, mostly because my wife and I were fairly picky. Nik expertly guided us through everything, giving us tips on Ontario rental laws as well as making sure we had a long list of places to choose from. He set up appointments immediately and took all the leg work out of the process for us. Nik was extremely professional and responsive throughout the whole process. Most importantly, he was patient and caring for our needs and wants. I would not hesitate to recommend Nik as a realtor for anyone. 10/10 service!
