We went with Nick for our realtor just over a year ago. Nick is an incredible realtor! We told Nick what we were looking for and he went above and beyond to get us into our first home. Nick is extremely reliable, honest, hard-working, consistent, and educated. We honestly could not have picked a better realtor to work with. We will continue to use Nick as our realtor for our future purchases as well. I literally can't say enough good things about him, We highly highly recommend going with Nick. He is the go-to person in the industry.

Nick was very efficient, helpful and polite during our purchasing process. In 2019, we bought our retirement home in Coldstream while living in Texas. Because time was a factor, he kept us in the loop every step of the way and even picked me up from Kelowna airport when I flew in for the conditional viewing. He really took care of us and we’re happy to now call him a friend.

When buying our house Nick was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was kind and helped us through the whole process. It was very easy and he made sure we understood everything. I would definitely recommend Nick to anyone wanting to buy a house.
