I met Navid online through social media. He often posts glimpses of his daily work routine and throughout this time, I noticed him helping a wide variety of individuals in finding their ideal homes. Upon deciding to purchase a home, I felt confident that Navid could provide me with an enjoyable and transparent experience as a first-time home buyer and this turned out to be the case. During my experience with Navid, he continuously made sure my questions were addressed and thoroughly provided me the details regarding various properties we looked at. He was always patient going through all of the details that I may have missed had he not been there and he was more than happy to go out of his way to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my decision. This enabled me to feel comfortable as a buyer knowing my realtor was doing everything he could in finding the perfect home for me. Once we found the unit in which I was interested in, Navid went above and beyond his way to make sure to negotiate a price that saved me a large sum of money and as a young home buyer, this was of paramount importance to me. From this experience I witnessed first-hand how Navid truly cares about his clients and in fact, working with Navid is more of a friendship. I would certainly recommend Navid as a fantastic realtor for any real estate activities. It has been a pleasure working with him and hopefully more endeavours soon!

I was introduced to Navid through a trusted friend recently. I was very impressed that Navid contacted me right away and arranged a meeting in which he explained the A to Z of buying a home. As a new immigrant to Canada, it was very important to me to understand the full procedure of how to purchase real estate here in Vancouver. Navid and I viewed well over 70 properties in only 3 weeks, he dedicated a lot of time to make sure I knew what all my options were. He continuously exceeded my expectations and was always made the time to answer all my inquiries. After I had narrowed down my choices to two, Navid made arrangements for me to view each property 3 times and patiently helped me to weight out their pros and cons to help me be confident about my final decision! Once I made up my mind, Navid drafted the offer only a few short hours later, and the negotiation started. This unit was being sold through the developer, and traditionally, they had never allowed any discounts on any of the previously sold units. However, Navid, with his great knowledge of the market and negotiation skills, managed to get a discount that was pretty impressive! The one difference with Navid is that after the deal is closed, he is still available to answer all my questions and I can rely on him. Overall, I am very happy about Navid’s professionalism, Real Estate Knowledge, patience, and respect he has for his clients. I highly recommend him to anyone who’s looking for great results!

Navid was really diligent in making sure he fully understood the criteria we were looking for, and adjusted his search so that he only sent us houses that really matched what we were looking for. He would accompany us to every open house and book private showings for us, and help us assess the house and the neighborhood, so that we would be sure that we were making a smart investment, as well finding our new home. When we found the house that we wanted, we didn’t think that we were going to get it because there were a lot of complications, but Navid was able to somehow make a win-win situation for both of us and the seller, and arranged a non-conventional solution that allowed us to buy our dream house! He is professional, educated, kind, patient and hard-working! I highly recommend you to buy a house with him. Buying a new house can be very stressful, but Navid really helped us navigate this process, and we couldn’t have done it without him!</p>

Navid is a really wonderful realtor! He spent a lot of time with us initially to help us understand the market today, and do a thorough analysis of our house and neighborhood to figure out the best strategy that accommodated our schedule with buying another home, and a quick sale of our home. He is so diligent, kind, and commited! Not only did he hold open houses for us every weekend, but he brought in private showings 2-3 times a week, and we had over 300 groups come in and see the property. When the offers started coming in, he helped us review each offer, explaining details to us and educating us in how to choose the best offer! Highly recommend him to all sellers!

Recommendation It was wonderful working with Navid Hakimi on the purchase of my new home and I want to express my gratitude for all of his efforts. He has a strong business sense and excellent negotiation skills. He had an initial meeting with my family and I, in which he fully understood our specific needs and budget. At first, I was confused by choosing lots of properties. He was very patient with me and helped me narrow down our options. During my property selection, he worked hard to find the top properties that fit my needs and budget, which was totally better than my previous selection. Finally, after viewing 4 properties, I found the property I love. For the negotiations, he came up with a deal that was perfect for me, both condition and budget wise. As a student, I have no experience about contracts or renovations. He even made sure after the inspection, all of the appliances and condition of the home is upgraded so we don’t have to deal with it, although the seller wasn’t so keen on doing it! Throughout this home buying process, his guidance and support were helpful and gave me lots of knowledge.
