Natasha was a wonderful realtor to work with as first time home buyers new to the city of Regina. We felt like she was really looking out for us and cared about helping us to find the "right" home. She listened to us and got a good read on what we wanted and needed. Sometimes it felt like she had a clearer understanding of what we were looking for than we did! She was open to showing us many houses in a short time period, and always gave us a chance to react before weighing in herself. We learned a lot about home ownership in Regina, and certain factors to consider about houses that we might not have thought of otherwise. She knew the neighborhoods well and was able to answer any question we had about all the houses we looked at. When she didn't know an answer straightaway, she got back to us very quickly with the information. When it came to making an offer and finalizing the purchase, she was with us all the way. She helped us navigate the negotiation process in a way that felt good for us. She responded promptly to all of our questions and never made us feel like we were too needy. Overall, we would unreservedly recommend Natasha as a realtor to anyone, and especially new home buyers with young families. She took what we expected to be an uncertain and "scary" process, and made it fun and exciting. Thank you Natasha!

Natasha was excellent in the purchase of our house in Regina and we highly recommend using her. I believe she is a long time resident of Regina and has raised her family there as well. We wanted a home close to the university that our son attends and Natasha was very familiar with the neighbourhood and guided us throughout the process in a very timely and professional manner. She had done her research on homes around the university and was ready to show them when we met with her. We live in another province and she accommodated our schedule when we arrived in the city. We looked at several homes, some good, some bad. Natasha was quick to point out homes that would need renovating due to foundation, roofing and other issues and advised on approximate costs. Due to our schedule, we left Regina without finding a home but Natasha assured us she knew what we were looking for and would keep looking for us. Within a short time, she called and sent pictures of a home across the street from the school and advised that it was what we were looking for. She indicated that because of its proximity, it would go fast and we should act quickly. She was right, the house was perfect for our needs and we ended up in a "pricing war" with several couples. She was very skilled at negotiating when to "up the price" and when to wait. We were able to successfully purchase the house and although we paid over list price, we are very happy with it and know that when we go to sell it, it will sell quickly with Natasha as our agent. We decided to have some renovations done and with her network of trades and companies recommended who to use. The renovations went very well and again, we were very happy with the outcome. As mentioned, we live in another province and needed someone to look after the property until our son moved in. Natasha quickly offered herself to oversee the renovations and her son to mow the lawn. This is about as good as it gets for service. If you want someone who is professional, willing listen to your needs, walk you through the process, make sound recommendations and stay with you as long as you need, Natasha is hands down the agent to use.
