<p>I don't think I would ever be thankful enough for Nas.</p> <p>I got to know Nas 6 around years ago when I first purchased the house. Since day one, I knew that I was dealing with a genuine and honest person.<br /> He is calm, always available, gets to the point, understands your needs and recommends what is good for your situation. He never complains about going for visits and he is always here for guidance, and draws your attention on things that a first buyer wouldn't know. He doesn't drive you into decisions that work for his own advantage but really provides guidance without influencing your decision.</p> <p>Nas' work blew me away recently when we listed the house for sale. He truly did an amazing work, from answering all my questions and facilitating all procedures and paper work. I had some minor electric work to do on the property and he sent an electrician on a Saturday to make things happen. He always had answers and he always was available.<br /><br /> Nas did an amazing job through promoting the house and sending over the best experts (staging/photos, etc.). At the end, he was able to bring simultaneous competing offers and ending up with selling the house at a higher than listed price (yes higher).<br /> Thank you Nas for the tremendous job you have done; I couldn't have had a better and more trustful person to accompany me through the stressful house selling process. You just rock in what you do.</p>

<p>Nassim is an excellent Realtor. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. As a first time home buyer I found him very helpful in finding the right home for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.</p>

<p>Nassim Klayme is a excellent agent. On the recommendation of a friend I selected Nassim as my agent. I was not disappointed. He was able to find me a house that met all the expectations. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the house and the neighbourhood. Any questions I asked were answered promptly and with excellent information. Also he answered all the question that I didn't know I should ask. I would and will recommend Nassim to anyone look for an agent that will do more then you expect.</p>
