Nassim is simply the best !! Not because he's Number 1, statistically. Many people are at the absolute top of their fields, but not especially easy to work with... This is not the case with Nas. Easiest personality with which one might collaborate, period. As for service and performance ? No stone unturned. No option overlooked. No question or request taken as trivial, ignored, or belittled. Ever. Nas's experience, knowledge and professionalism make what could be a stressful prospect quite painless. He, and his Executive Assistant, Cheryl, do everything. They barely allow you to lift a finger. Everything they can do, they do. Things you, as buyer or seller, must do, they are there to remind you and guide you, every step of the way. I honestly can't thank Nas and Cheryl enough. It might sound like a cheesy promo, but it's actually true, you will receive the most exceptional, professional service, AND make friends. Remember, their professionalism and technical prowess allowed them to make this happen, for me, right in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, as though just selling and buying a house wasn't stressful enough. I hope they know just how grateful I am.

I can not recommend Nas enough. I am very happy with the service he provided. I found Nas to be very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and easy going. Even though he is very busy and has a large list of clients, He was always willing to make time for us. I never questioned Nas' motivation and allegiance to us as sellers. I had 100% confidence that he was working for us and trying his very best to get us the best price for our house and he exceeded my expectations. Even after relisting our property after getting work done (new windows and door), he was very knowledgeable in the current market and the surrounding area and what we should relist our house for. I would 100% recommend Nas to anyone who needs a real estate agent.

Nas has taken a lot of the stress out of the buying and selling process. For the first time in a long time, Halifax in a sellers market. That made selling our first home a very quick process. Having not worked with an agent of Nas' caliber before, we had a lot of questions. Nas was patient, kind, and was always able to answer anything we threw at him. Moving into the buying process in a fast-paced market, it can be stressful and sometimes you have to make decisions quickly. Nas has done a great job of helping us understand when to speed up, and when to slow down to ensure that we buy the house that we love this time around!

Nas is a pro. Very thorough and always keeps his client's best interest in mind. Was never a problem to reach out to Nas when we had questions. An effort was made to really help us figure out what type of house we wanted to buy.
