It is with pleasure that we write this review about Annette Denk! We are a young family that found ourselves in a situation where our current property was speculatively rezoned which made it a very difficult property to sell. Although it made it more valuable, we realized we needed to sell to a particular market. Annette met us with confidence, understanding of our situation and an eagerness to take on the challenge. Her belief that we could sell our property was very comforting. We appreciated, as well, her experience and connections will selling all types of properties including ours. She was very professional and quick to keep us informed about viewings and offers. When we received a reasonable offer, Annette was incredibly efficient at guiding us through the counter offer process. We really appreciated, as well, doing all the contracts through email and over the phone. This allowed us to speed up the process even while we were at work. That time can be full of pressure but we always felt that she kept our best interest at heart. Once we had an accepted offer, Annette was always willing to answer our calls with questions about subject removal and anything else that arose. With a contractually sold house we could move on and begin looking for our forever home for our growing family. Annette was fantastic at supplying us with numerous options that were within our specific search range for homes. She took all of our wants into consideration and pulled together a list of houses that were well within our means. Annette was efficient at setting up viewings for us and always was well informed about the properties we were viewing. Once we had found our dream home, Annette wasted no time to help us make the dream a reality. Her knowledge of market expectations helped us negotiate an amazing deal for us. She was also incredibly knowledgeable when it came to the contract and was great with working with other realtors to make this happen. When all is said and done, we truly felt that she was just as thrilled as us that we were able to not only sell our current property but also buy our forever home. We cannot recommend her highly enough. It was a pleasure working with Annette!
