Mona is incredibly responsive and as a first time renter, she made my partner and I very comfortable in the process. Communication with her is always clear and straightforward in plain language so I've never been confused throughout the process and on top of all this she is very kind!

It was really a joy and positive experience to work with Mona Bayoumi in our hunt for a condo rental around Toronto. She was thorough, professional and very helpful in guiding us on how to find the best options that fit our needs and budget and avoid the common pitfalls. Not only this, Mona was really accessible during weekends and outside normal working hours as we were in a different time zone and time pressed to find a condo. She handles well the closing phase, communicating with the counterpart, double checking the legal terms… Having said the above, Mona does not try to step-over your role of evaluating the filtered options and influencing the final decision as it is a subjective matter (though she does point to a missed aspect). The final due diligence rests with oneself Having dealt with her, she would be my go to option for any future real-estate dealings

Working with Mona was amazing! she was prepared from the get go with an appraisal cost for our home, all the appropriate forms for us to complete and she had her team of stagers and photographers on stand by. Mona knew what we wanted for our home and fought for it, her efforts resulted in us getting more than we expected. Working with Mona was easy and professional, she took the time to explain ALL the details making us comfortable with every step of the transaction. She is highly recommend.

Mona had been keeping us up to date with her wonderful newsletter. It became time to sell our home and downsize and after speaking with a number of agents, we chose Mona, as she understood we needed to find the perfect home to move to.... as opposed to just moving. She was patient with our worries and eventually we found the perfect landing spot. Then came the trauma of selling our home of 16 years. She helped.. wasnt pushy and followed up on every detail. We would absolutely recommend her!
