My real‑estate agent Mitchell Cuscheri did an excellent job from start to finish. Even in our very first meeting, before I had committed to working with him, he prepared brochures and a detailed market analysis on our home to help me understand what to expect. His communication throughout the process was consistently clear and helpful, and he kept me updated with emails that made everything easy to follow. He also stepped in to help with a few things around the house that needed attention. He arranged for a handyman to come by and take care of a few items including replacing a door knob and tidying up a couple of minor cosmetic issues. He also brought in a home stager who really elevated the space and made the house look its best. The house sold quickly, and although the final price came in slightly under asking because of the current market, he walked me through every decision with honesty and confidence. I genuinely appreciated his professionalism, his support, and the amount of effort he put into making the whole experience as smooth as possible.

He was patient, encouraging and supportive throughout the range rollercoaster of emotions we were going through with such a big move for us.
