Working with Minakshi Jat real estate agent for a home in Whitby was honestly one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. Communication was inconsistent — I often had to chase for updates, and messages would go unanswered for days. When I did get responses, they were vague and didn’t address my actual questions. I also felt there was a lack of transparency throughout the process. Important details were either glossed over or brought up at the last minute, which made everything way more stressful than it needed to be. On top of that, I didn’t feel genuinely represented. Instead of advocating for my best interests, it often felt like things were being rushed just to get the deal done. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this agent. Real estate is stressful enough — you deserve someone who communicates clearly, is organized, and actually puts effort into guiding you through the process.
