Mike and his team took the time to help go through the house and give expert advice on how to best stage the home, what things to do to make the home appealing and to help it sell. He is an affective communicator and very timely with responses when you have any questions. The whole process was well explained, thorough, he had his own photographer (good photographs online are huge in todays markets), and is well versed in the markets, fair prices, and great knowledge about real estate. It was a breeze working with Mike and his team and I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to sell their home!

I moved to Alberta from another province. I was referred to Mike by family members who had been happy with Mike as their realtor. Mike sent me listings and checked in with me while I was still in my home province. Once I moved to Alberta, Mike showed me homes in the area I had chosen. He had knowledge of surrounding communities and gave me pros and cons of living in them. I found Mike to be very professional and his years of experience were helpful as he pointed out many things I might not have thought about. Once we got to the negotiating stage, he worked hard to get me the home at a price he thought fair. It was less than I thought I would have to pay so I am very glad I listened to him. Coming from an area where prices are much higher, it is hard to know what fair market value should be. I always felt Mike was on my side and was looking out for me. I never felt pushed into choosing a property. Mike helped me navigate the processes and legal considerations that were different from the province I had previously lived in. He was helpful throughout the entire process and at possession made sure everything was as it should be. He even followed up after I moved into my new home. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike Snell to anyone looking to buy or sell property.
