Buying a condo in Vaughan went smoothly. Mike cooperated exactly as agreed and fulfilled everything he was appointed to do. The delays in this pre‑construction project were present, but they were unrelated to Mike’s performance.

I’ve been working with Mike for several years now and can honestly say he is the best real estate agent I’ve dealt with. Back in 2020, when I was looking to buy my first property, I had a limited budget and absolutely no idea where to start. I called several agents from listings online and usually only reached assistants or voicemail. They would promise to call back but nobody ever did. When I called Mike directly, he answered right away. He took the time to listen carefully and explained the whole process in a very patient and detailed way. He agreed to help me find something within my budget and preferences, and we visited many different properties before finding the right condo that I both liked and could realistically afford. What I really appreciate about Mike is his approach. He is very patient and calm with his clients and never pushy, but at the same time he works hard to negotiate the best possible deal and protect your interests. You can tell he genuinely cares and puts real effort into his work. Mike is also very well connected. In his network there are mortgage brokers, renovation experts, staging companies, photographers and pretty much everything else needed to buy, sell, or rent out a property. Since then, my family and I have bought, sold and rented properties in Barrie, Ottawa and Toronto with Mike’s help. He is always available, always gives realistic and honest advice, and focuses on getting results instead of making empty promises. At this point Mike has become our family real estate agent. He is also a very intelligent and pleasant person to work with. Wishing him continued success and all the best. And yes, we are currently selling another condo with his help 🙂
