Michelle was able to help us arrange a viewing on the Friday evening of a long weekend last minute. She drove 1.5hrs out of the city and helped us assess the property. She asked good questions to the selling real estate agent that we would not have thought off. She has connections in various industries (septic tanks, lawyers, landscaping etc.) who gave us their opinions on various components of the property we were buying (at 8pm on a Friday evening of a long weekend!). Michelle was attentive, knowledgeable, kind, and clearly had our best interests as her priority. Would highly recommend.
