I had known Michelle through mutual friends, and when we bumped into her at an open house, we started chatting about our goals. I felt she genuinely respected our aim and understood that while we were actively looking, we weren’t in a rush until we found our dream property. Michelle went above and beyond the usual role of a realtor, offering us encouragement and insight like a trusted friend or family member would at times when we felt uncertain. Not only did she guide us seamlessly throughout our search and the purchase of our new home, but she also made the sale of our current home as smooth as possible. Her professionalism, paired with her genuine care for us as people, made these major life changes feel much easier and more relaxed. We couldn’t have done it without her!

Michelle is an absolutely wonderful person and highly competent real estate agent! She went way above and beyond the call of duty to help us through the process of looking for and buying a property in a rural setting after living in the city for 4 decades. She met with us four times to view and inspect the same property at a 15-minute highway drive’s distance and was always there ahead of our arrival! Amazing and so appreciated! Michelle's relaxed and professional approach, along with her extensive knowledge, made us feel very much at ease. She was always willing to show us more other options and never pressured us to make a decision. She knew and recommended professionals such as inspectors, contractors and lawyers, which we made all the difference in ensuring everything was on the up-and-up. Michelle was incredibly helpful with guiding us through the entire process. She very quickly understood what main features we were looking for in a house, so all of the homes that she personally recommended we look at were great options. She was very involved in the process, and was kind enough to make time for last minute changes in plans.
