<p>We looked for a bungalow during a period when it was a seller’s market. Houses were selling within a few hours and often under multiple offers. Our two story house in an older part of Kingston had sold and we were panicking since we had no place to go! Mike was our agent and he knew the situation and pulled out all the stops. He found us our new home (bungalow) through hard, diligent work. It had all the features, the price and location we wanted and he communicated with us as the process evolved. He subsequently followed up to ensure all was well and we had no problems with the house. Highly recommend him as your go-to real estate agent!</p>

We moved from Alberta. When we came, we were in a desperate situation with the needs of finding a house. A friend from Alberta knew Micheal and recommended him to us, doing the first contacts and finally receiving from him his attention and his willing to help us. We were happy to have someone like Micheal to help us. In our research we found some problems that could have been an obstacle that could have discouraged us to settle here in Kingston. But the encouragement, the advices, the knowledge how to proceed with some aspects with the bank and the lawyer have been so helpful and great for us. In this research, we lost our first offer on a house we wanted. However we found a better house in a better place. Micheal has been very patient and showed us the way to make it. We are full of gratitude. Being aware that our first language was not English, Micheal made sure that the communication with us was clear. Thank you Micheal from my wife and I, and from my four young kids.

I have done multiple deals with Mike. He is always quick to respond, have great insides on the location, price and keen about making deals happen. Always there to help with the process: inspection, finances, other consulting. Highly recommend.
