Was looking to get into the real estate market in downtown toronto this year and after some research went with Green Hedge Realty. Was paired with Michael Kushnir and it was great experience for my first condo purchase. He provided me a lot of insight into the market and made me a lot more comfortable with my first condo purchase. Definitely would recommend Michael Kushnir. Viewed 10+ units with him, was very flexible with time, always had quick replies, and best of all saved close to $10 000/ gave me more purchasing power with the cash back offer.

I contacted Michael Kushnir after reading the real estate reviews of his work on social media. We had an initial conversation with him and he was very detailed in providing the necessary information for us to proceed with our condo search and purchase in Toronto. From start to finish our buying experience was a very good one. We asked him many questions and he always answered them to the best of his ability. We never felt pressured to put an offer, he just guided us along and we were able to make a decision fairly quickly. Even after the offer was accepted he assisted us in every way he could. I would highly recommend him based on our real estate experience with him. My husband and myself will definitely be recommending him when our family and friends are in need of a realtor.
