Micah was very easy to work with as she listened to what we were looking for and houses that we were interested in. Micah was able to show us properties that matched what we wanted until she found us the property that matched exactly what we were looking for. Micah has a vast knowledge of the South Okanagan and was able to not only tell us about the properties but also the demographics and the little things like niche little shops. Micah was very easy to communicate with and was easy to talk to as she listened to what we wanted. She was very responsive to calls and messages because of the distance between where we were moving from. I would whole heartedly recommend Micah and will absolutely use her in the future to sell or buy property.

I've been busy in real estate the last 20 months using 6 agents selling and buying. Micah stands out as the best of the best of 6 very good agents. Very thorough and hard working, everything that could be done to enhance the sale was done. We worked with her for a long time ( due to covide and our changing timetable) and always took her advice. She also referred us to an agency for our purchase in a different locale and they were good too. Highly recommended.

Micah was very patient and accommodating to my needs. She made the process of 'long distance' buying a condo in Penticton very achievable. So much so that I bought a condo I had not set foot in , but through her video tours and information, I had confidence in the purchase, and was not disappointed.

Micah was fantastic! We had limited opportunities to come up to the Okanagan area to view properties, but she was always available to help. She would create short video walk throughs so that we could get a better sense of the property before making the 5 hour drive. When it came to purchasing our new home, she was willing to go to bat for us, and make sure we were getting the best deal possible. Without a doubt, we would recommend her!
