Matt went beyond expectations, working with us to find the perfect home. His communication skills are exceptional - he got back to us quickly, and if he wasn't sure of something he'd find out as soon as he could. He really cares about his customers. During the move, he supplied us with whatever local information we needed, including driving to the property to test out cell service signal strength - showing that he goes "the extra mile" to satisfy his clients' needs. Further, he gave us numerous local contractors' names, which has already proven invaluable for the upgrades we will be carrying out on our new home. We have bought and sold approx. 10 homes and Matt is truly exceptional in his service.
