Matt helped us buy our second property and he was great to work with. He’s super easy to talk to, always honest, and never once made us feel like he was just after a commission. We feel like he really cared about finding the right place for us. He was quick to answer questions, upfront about everything, specially on bad ones and made the whole process way less stressful. Matt’s a true professional but also just a genuinely nice guy. We’d happily recommend him to anyone.

Matt is an absolute professional. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him over the time it took us to find our home; longer than most I imagine! He was always responsive to any questions, brought a great attitude, and wealth of knowledge. We bought our first house with Matt and he helped us through a good number of viewings and the final sale of our now home. Matt went beyond expectations, working with us to find the perfect home. His communication skills are exceptional - he got back to us quickly, and if he wasn't sure of something he'd find out as soon as he could. He really cares about his customers. During the move, he supplied us with whatever local information we needed, including driving to the property to test out cell service signal strength - showing that he goes "the extra mile" to satisfy his clients' needs. Further, he gave us numerous local contractors' names, which has already proven invaluable for the upgrades we will be carrying out on our new home. We have bought and sold approx. 10 homes and Matt is truly exceptional in his service.
