We would strongly recommend Matt Quinn to anyone looking for a trust worthy agent. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, and only presented properties that met our criteria. He was very responsive through viewing multiple listings, and when it came time to the offer, he suggested multiple conditions to protect us as buyers, and a few that we never had even considered, which turned out to be critical within the final purchase and sale process. These conditions that he suggested actually protected us from future disputes from the seller which we later concluded could have reversed our agreement should those conditions not have been in the agreement. Not only were we satisfied with his expertise through the entire process, but he is so personable and easy to get along with. Without a doubt, he will be a life long agent of our family.
