Matt is extremely knowledgeable and has fantastic communication skills, he listened to what I needed, set up parameters and made suggestions for my own personal home search. He was a pleasure to work with and was adaptable to my situation (I work out of town with very little time home to view properties) I ended up buying a house sight unseen and he facilitated this with a high level of professionalism and worked with me through every step even though I was on the other side of the country at the time. I had been looking for a home for 3years prior to Matt being my realtor (I'm very picky) as soon as I worked with Matt I found the house of my dreams in under 2 months. He is very efficient, easy to work with and able to advise you on things you may not have thought of yourself yet. If you are in need of a realtor Matt is your guy! He is exceptional at his job, 100% recommend him to my friends and family - and to anyone who will listen!
