We hired Matt when we looking for our first home and stressed out! We were working with a realtor who was making the process more stressful than it needed to be so we looked elsewhere and were immediately put at ease when we met with Matt. He is easygoing and kind but also intelligent and strategic. So we decided to hire him when we were selling our home 8 years (and 4 kids) later. Matt is always quick to respond, dependable and it feels like he’s fighting for you and has got your back. He was creative and strategic while selling our home which sold for over asking in four days! We had a newborn at the time and he was very understanding, patient and helpful. I don’t normally write reviews but Matt deserves one and I think you would do well to hire him.

Matt first helped us purchase our first home in 2016. When we decided that it was time to sell that house and purchase a larger home we gave Matt a call again. In the interest of trying to ensure we found the best agent to assist us we interviewed a few other realtors as well. Matt was the last realtor we met with and we knew before he left that we were going to work with Matt again. Matt’s knowledge of the market combined with his outgoing and positive personality made it an easy decision. Going into the sale, Matt had the entire plan fully explained to us. He was in constant communication with us during the entire process and any time we had questions we got quick answers. In the end Matt was able to help us purchase our dream house and sell our current home quickly, over asking, and with multiple offers. If I ever had to sell or purchase a home in the future, Matt would be the only realtor I would consider using.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Matt Donau. We met with a couple of realtors before Matt, but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and hands-on, and he really helped to take the pressure off of us. He is not only positive and practical but he has a total positive impact to anybody who believes in their dreams. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Matt walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and we thank Matt for that every day! We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we will surely recommend Matt to them! Matt also sold our Mother’s home few months ago and my husband brothers say the same good service they had experience with Matt.
