We bought our home virtually. Matt went to all the homes and would facetime with us at each one. Showing us everything and answering all our questions. He even recommended a mortgage broker that worked with us to have all our needs met. We bought our home without ever seeing it in person. As you can imagine that is a crazy way to buy a home, but that shows the level of trust that we had to have with Matt. He is a fabulous agent, patient, thorough and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Grande Prairie area.
