I came to Matt through a referral, and even though my downtown Toronto condo rental was outside his usual market in Georgian Bay, he took it on with full professionalism. The Financial District rental market has been soft, and the prospective tenant tried to negotiate the price down using market conditions as leverage. Matt held firm and we closed at full asking price, which came down to his thorough market evaluation and strong negotiation skills. Since I was out of town, he offered to coordinate a professional cleaning before move-in and even arranged a technician to fix a stove issue, handling things I simply could not manage from a distance. I came away genuinely impressed with his work. His willingness to go the extra mile beyond just transacting the deal was what impressed me most. I would not hesitate to work with him again.
