As a first time buyer, I was very impressed by the level of service provided by Matt. He made the process easy and was always professional. I appreciated that Matt would be inspecting the house as he was showing it to us, to look for any red flags. He took his time with us; sometimes it felt like we were his only clients based on how available he was. It's refreshing when you are buying something, especially a house, and the person isn't using sales tactics or gimmicks for their own gain - this is what we really appreciated about Matt. His simple yet effective approach made the process of purchasing a house a breeze, especially in a market dominated by bidding wars. He was very proactive and always kept us informed. His communication was excellent. Nothing negative to say about the service provided by Matt.
