I recommend shopping for a realtor. We did , and Mary got the job ! She came into our home that we were putting up for sale very professionally. She came in with an idea of how much it would sell for . We aimed higher , but she was pretty much right on the money . Mary really knows her trade . I highly recommend her .....for you as well !

When you’re buying a house for your first time, there is a lot of things that you just don’t know and Mary answered all of my questions and explained things in detail.
