Mary Lou was great. After our offer was accepted on our home, we had requested to see the property on two separate occasions. Mary Lou was able to get us into the house multiple times after our viewing and inspection. She was able to estimate how much it would cost to fix the place up to how we wanted it. She also recommended paint colours for certain walls and give us some good ideas! Mary Lou was very flexible and available whenever we wanted to view a house (mornings, evenings, weekends, etc). I would definitely recommend Mary Lou and will go back to her when we decide to sell and buy again.

If you are looking for a Real Estate Agent- Mary Lou Tallon is the agent to use. Shes the hardest worker and most down to earth person and not pushy in the least. At times when us as the seller and buyer ask a million questions and seem like an idiots- she never judges and is so professional. Her Honestly is amazing and she replies to you very quickly. She will go that extra mile for you any hour of the day.
