She went above and beyond, scheduling every showing we requested - even going herself on short notice if we were unable to make it. She had our best interests in mind and worked around the clock to make sure we found our home. She’s responsive, accountable, understanding, and so patient! We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

When i decided to come back to Canada from living abroad for many years, i was surprised at how few relators replied to my requests for a modestly priced Condo. I contacted Marlise Alves and had a pleasant meeting and discussion about various prospects. The coffee was good. Marlise was very helpful at gathering information and setting up times to see a bunch of properties. Her friendly and approachable nature made me feel comfortable and confident. As a first time buyer, i didn't feel any pressure or unwillingness from Marlise to help me find what i was looking for. Her dedication, trustworthiness and openness is a great asset in the Edmonton home real estate market, and will use her expertise in the near future.
