We recently decided to make the big move from Ontario to Alberta, and from the very first email and phone call, Marlise has been absolutely incredible. Marlise is an amazing realtor! I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor. She is very quick in responding to all my questions/requests, patient and very knowledgeable of properties and things to take into consideration during the purchasing process. I dealt with lots for realtors before but Marlise is definitely a Realtor++. Let's start with the duty of care, she was in nooooo rush "like others" to just seal the deal, she made sure we found what we are looking for, paying the right price, helping with everything needed, in other words she made our life easy.
