Mark was great to work with, he was the most helpful and knowledgeable person I dealt with throughout the entire process. I especially loved his what’s next email, where he goes into great detail about the next steps you need to take when you make an offer on a home. As a first time home buyer I found it extremely reassuring and comforting that he goes to such great lengths to make sure I understood the process. He is very charismatic and easy going, which made me comfortable and confident in what I wanted in a home.
