Being a new home buyer and new to the real estate market and not knowing where to start, Mark made things very comfortable for me. I went from being unsure with little to no knowledge of the real estate market, to finding Mark, who assured to be there for me every step of the way and actually followed through with his words. He was there anytime I contacted him with my concerns and was always very thorough with the advice he gave me. From our very first time talking on the phone, Mark has always been there.Whenever I had my doubts, Mark was always there to smoothen things for me. When home repairs were required, Mark stepped in and coordinated these repairs, which is above and beyond what I would normally expect from a realtor. Additionally Mark worked with my lawyer to provide all the necessary paperwork, making my life as easy as possible.
