After nearly eight months of working together, I can say without hesitation that Mark Garrett is an exceptional realtor. My partner and I had a very specific vision of what our dream home would look like, and Mark never once wavered in his commitment to helping us find it. He was incredibly flexible with our schedules, meeting us after hours, on weekends, and often on very short notice, always making time for us despite our unpredictable availability. It is rare to find someone who not only accommodates you like that but does so with genuine enthusiasm and a great sense of humor that made the entire process far less stressful than it could have been. When we finally found the home, negotiations initially did not go our way and it looked like the deal might fall through. Mark's calm, strategic approach to negotiation kept the door open just enough, and because of that we were ultimately able to revisit the opportunity and close on the house we had our hearts set on. His professionalism and instincts in that moment made all the difference. Beyond that, Mark is incredibly organized, on top of every detail, and communicates clearly and promptly at every step of the process. He brought structure, experience, and confidence to what is often an overwhelming journey. Mark made the whole renting process very easy. We gave him our budget and what we were looking for and he was able to book us many viewings.
