I was recommended Marilyn a couple of years ago (2022) We looked at many houses together and she walked me through the whole process, showing me what to look out for and what to expect. None of the houses clicked with me (No fault of Marilyn's, just a bad market and poor financials) Through out that experience I was NEVER pressured into buying anything, nor was I made to felt bad if I didn't like a certain house or neighborhood. Marilyn also made it very aware to me to never feel bad if i wanted to see a house as a learning experience with no intention of putting in an offer. I appreciated that very much as a first time home buyer who didn't know the process, and wanted to see many different houses. Fast forward to June 5th 2024, I had found a house that I really liked and wanted to see with no intention of putting in an offer we had some stuff to figure out first. Marilyn said no problem lets go see it. At the end of the viewing, I fell in love with the house and I feel like we both knew this was the one. She kept me up to date with the negotiations and as soon as she knew the owners signed, I knew. She kept me in the loop the entire time, and her attitude never changed throughout the entire experience start to finish. I would recommend Marilyn to anyone, but especially to young home buyers. She was always available even after hours, worked around your schedule and answered any and all of my questions. I can not thank you enough for all the hard work you put into making this happen.
