Marilyn helped us navigate a complicated purchase & double sale to get us into a home that gives our family a solid place to land for generations! From the minute I first spoke with Marilyn on the phone, I knew she was who we wanted to have sell our home. We had talked with a couple other realtors, but Marilyn was a perfect fit for us. She educated us on things we didn’t understand. She provided Comparable properties for sale in our area the very next morning after meeting with us the previous evening. But most importantly she was working for us and us alone on our sale and because of that we sold our home for a significantly higher price than the other agent we had spoken with and their suggested price. We highly recommend Marilyn!

From start to finish, Marilyn made the sale of our house a breeze. Her knowledge of the current market and insight into setting our asking price ensured we were competitive but didn't out-price ourselves. Throughout the process, Marilyn made sure we had feedback from each showing as quick as she could get it. She made some staging suggestions based on her experience which ended up being the key to a quick sale. I was recommended Marilyn a couple of years ago (2022) We looked at many houses together and she walked me through the whole process, showing me what to look out for and what to expect. None of the houses clicked with me (No fault of Marilyn's, just a bad market and poor financials) Through out that experience I was NEVER pressured into buying anything, nor was I made to felt bad if I didn't like a certain house or neighborhood. Marilyn also made it very aware to me to never feel bad if i wanted to see a house as a learning experience with no intention of putting in an offer. I appreciated that very much as a first time home buyer who didn't know the process, and wanted to see many different houses. Fast forward to June 5th 2024, I had found a house that I really liked and wanted to see with no intention of putting in an offer we had some stuff to figure out first. Marilyn said no problem lets go see it. At the end of the viewing, I fell in love with the house and I feel like we both knew this was the one. She kept me up to date with the negotiations and as soon as she knew the owners signed, I knew. She kept me in the loop the entire time, and her attitude never changed throughout the entire experience start to finish. I would recommend Marilyn to anyone, but especially to young home buyers. She was always available even after hours, worked around your schedule and answered any and all of my questions. I can not thank you enough for all the hard work you put into making this happen.
