Maria is an exceptional realtor! I was looking to sell my condo and purchase a house, and Maria came very HIGHLY recommended to me by my aunt and uncle who had just so happened to meet her at an open house one day. They had such a great experience working with her on the sale and purchase of their homes, that I decided to give Maria a call too! I was immediately impressed by how quickly the whole process began. She met with me to chat about why I was selling and to get a feel for what I was looking for in my new home. She knew exactly the right questions to ask and really helped me pinpoint what was most important to me. We decided on the price point, whether to stage (YES!), and how to make my home look the most attractive to a buyer. We sold above asking after only two days of showings (when a condo just across the street selling at a lower price had been on the market for months!). I was blown away. On the flip side, purchasing a new home (moving from a condo to a house, especially) was quite the challenge, but Maria was up for the task. We looked at so many houses. Any house I was interested in, she got an appointment right away and we were soon on the way to see it, no matter where it was located. There were many frustrating, upsetting days caused by bidding wars and a super hot seller market, but despite the current housing challenges for purchasers, Maria expertly guided me through the process and held my hand (figuratively) through it all until I finally found a home. She is an amazing realtor! She is energetic, super friendly, genuinely caring, always positive, and extremely knowledgeable about anything and everything to do with real estate. She is incredibly well-informed about the latest news, listings, and updates; well-connected (the stager we used was simply amazing, and I now have a fantastic mortgage broker too); and she was just so on top of everything. I never had anything to worry about besides deciding which house I wanted to buy because she was looking after everything for me. She was there for me every step of the way, and I am so grateful that she was my agent.

Maria is an amazing agent, highly experienced, knowledgeable about what she is saying and what she is doing, She has a great personality and overall she knows more than what an agent must know and she was absolutely patient with me, she found a right property for me with my situation which I almost gave up to find a property and she helped me to rent my place very quick and I really appreciate all her hard work for me and I highly recommends her to whoever want to buy or sell his or her property at quickest with piece of mind.

While working with Maria there is no doubt that she is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and supportive real estate agents I have yet to work with. Not only has she been able to assist us in navigating what can be a challenging market, Maria goes above and beyond to ensure your wants and needs are met for the place you are looking to call home. Maria has an outstanding work ethic, incredibly reliable, resourceful, communicative and I highly reccomend working with her. You will not be disappointed!
