We first met Margie Anderson at a condo open house about five years ago. We were curious to explore what was available in low maintenance Condo living for when my husband was ready to retire and downsize from a home-based business, in our large two-story house. We enjoyed talking about the real estate market at that time with Margie and explained that we were looking at a two to three-year window before we thought we would be ready to make this transition. Margie followed up with us occasionally, however, she was very respectful and there never was pressure to look at real estate options before we were ready. When we were ready to downsize, I must say we were not easy customers as we had become very accustomed to certain combined features that were not readily available with Strata living. It took a couple of years of looking and lots of patience on Margie's part, but always her prime concern was that a place that she showed us felt right for us and finally that did happen. Margie was very attentive and knowledgeable in guiding us through the stressful process of buying and selling a house, from the preparedness education; staging our house for sale; the photography; the recommendations of the required experts and her caring support made our experience a pleasant and successful one.
