Our Experience with Margaux was great! She was very professional. She was timely and responsive to our questions even though we had quite a lot of them. It was great that she also had knowledges about the neighborhoods that helped us decide the pros and cons of buying something in conjunction with the price points. Her market knowledge and negotiating skills definitely helped us get the best deal possible for our time frame. Very happy with the transaction and glad that we were able to utilize her services.

Margaux is an amazing agent. She helped me buy my first home (during the pandemic too!) and made this seemingly complex/intimidating process smooth and painless. Initially, we were worried about hiring an agent because we didn't want to feel pressured into buying. Furthermore, I was worried that my inexperience would make me easy to be taken advantage of. However, Margaux was patient and was always understanding; not once did we feel pressured into making any decisions and she always had our best interests in mind. She answered all our questions and was honest throughout the entire process. Margaux also possesses strong negotiation skills. We were able to buy at a price far below our budget and truthfully, at a price we didn't think was possible to get. She listened to our every request and was able to successfully grant them.
