We could not have asked for any better help with selling our home. When we were just in the undecided stage as to whether or not to list, Marcella did a walk thru and got back to us with her recommendations. Very simple recommendations that eventually led to a perfect sale. At the time we had tenants, they were able to find a new home which left or home empty. Time for a blitz weekend getting it ready for the market. Always with input from Marcella as to what we could do to help make it a successful listing. We finished what we could do, and headed back to our home in a different province. I think that is important to note that constant communication was done and so important as at the time we were listing or home we were living 8 hours away. Right up until the night before or listing went live, Marcella worked hard checking comparables and trying to get the most for us. In the end they decided to list week above what we were anticipating. Our listing went live, with a record of something like 16 viewings on the FIRST day. After just 5 hours, we recieved a full ask offer with a quick possession. More than we could hope for. Again, Marcella went over and above doing little extras, communicating with the buyers agent and talking on our behalf, especially since we lived away. We also used the lawyer that Marcella recommended, and again that helped make it easy and efficient. I really can not find anything negative to share. We have bought and sold many times over our life and this was BY FAR the easiest, smoothest and most efficient process in our 42 years. Firstly Marcella and Marina are not only very, very professional they know the business, the community, the market, they are so personable. You ABSOLUTELY CANNOT GO WRONG IF YOU CHOOSE THIS TEAM FOR ANY OF YOUR REAL ESTATE NEEDS.

Marcella was extremely kind and helpful. My mother was 88 years old and selling her home which was a difficult time and Marcella kept in contact with her and helped with many other things that needed to be taken care of that we were not even aware of. She was able to give us recommendations and wonderful advise. i felt she went above and beyond.

Marcella helped us find a home in a sweet little town all while we were still a province away. We wouldn't have been able to do it without her. In fact, we enjoyed our experience so much we did it again and bought another property that Marcella had brought our attention to. Once again, she hit it out of the park. We would highly recommend Marcella for any real estate needs based on her knowledge and expertise, but a review wouldn't be complete without mentioning how much fun she is!
