As I was not living in Red Deer, Marcella was very helpful in making the sale happen. She was always pleasant to deal with both professionally and personally.

Marcella was very helpful in the selling of our house and the search for our new house. She listened to our wants and desires and was always excited to take us to look at properties. She worked hard in the sale of our house and we felt she was honest with us with regards to the market value of our house and the houses we looked at. Unfortunately in the end we weren't able to use her in the purchase of our new house as the seller was adament she did not want anything to do with realtors. This meant that my husband and I were doing all the work that Marcella normally does and let me tell you after that experience I would never ever want to buy or sell another house without Marcella by my side. The amount of hours we spent dealing with the seller and the lawyers was ridiculous and made us both appreciate all the hard work that Marcella had done with the sale of our house which meant we didn't have to do any of that. Marcella is not only great at what she does but she is a wonderful person who is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients.

Marcella is the Best! Very professional. Exceptional at bargaining! Got me a fantastic deal. Would not hesitate to use her again. Highly recommend her to others!
