<p>After looking for an agent to sell our house we had run into Mr. Manjinder Singh sign on a house he had listed and decided to give him a call...………...After we had call and make an appointment for him to give us an appraisal we were shocked and in doubt of the evaluation because it was $69,000 more than we expected because of what other agents had told us...He told us that he would get our home staged and cleaned for showing and believe me they did a fantastic job...….we have sold and buy homes before but have never dealt with and agent that was so knowledgeable and well organize...….He have a solution for everything ( One stop shop)…..we were even more astonish at his negotiation skills and would have left money on the table but his negotiation skills got us and extra $5,000 that I would have lost if it had not been for his experience......We were kept inform of all that was happening and needless to say we sold in one day...….I highly recommend Mr. Manjinder Singh to sell and buy your property and you will never regret it...………. We finally have a realtor for life...……...Thank you Manjinder for helping us fulfilling our goals.</p>
