The first time we met with Manjinder he took his time to explain everything to us clearly. This included the market trends, the house listing price range, advertising and pricing strategy, best time to list the house, as well as all the services included in the commission fee. He did not use any pressure tactics to get us to sign a contract with him. When we were ready to sell, we called him back to officially sign a contract with him. He was always available to address our questions and concerns even before we signed the contract with him. After listing the house, he got us an offer within a day above the asking price and above our expectation. Over all I can say that he knows the real estate business very well, is very professional, and definitely the best real estate broker I know of and have dealt with. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate professional.
