Mandeep is the best person in Canada. He is taking his job as a service than sales. He is the one who actually pushed us to buy this home by accessing the value of the existing property, equity, down payment, EMI …. To be short, we wouldn’t have had the courage to buy this investment property without him; the entire credit goes to one and only him. Even before we visit any house, Mandeep never failed to do his complete analysis, including the value of the property, our requirements, quality, accessibility, appliances etc.…Mandeep helped us in making the right choice by plating all the advantages and disadvantages of every property and multiple rounds of negotiation. His job doesn’t end there …. Even after we closed the house, he helped us to get all the handy jobs and installations to even finding a person to rent. To keep it simple, Mandeep is more a mentor to us than a realtor!!!

Mandeep Desai is an incredibly knowledgeable person in this field , he patiently listens to all our requirements, expectations , good to have , eligibility criteria etc ... he wouldn't show you 100 houses and take weeks and weeks . He just narrows down to our needs and it will work in days . We scheduled for house visits for a day and we closed a deal with one of that in the first day .
