Mandeep comes as a whole package. I distinctly remember the first time I approached him with numerous questions on the housing market in Canada. He answered all my questions patiently and gave me my own time to be ready to proceed. It was a great experience working with him for my first investment property. He is a great mentor for the first time home buyers. Here is how the process of working with Mandeep Basra is: First Session: All the properties shortlisted by the buyer will be thoroughly discussed with all the pros and cons. This session is extremely helpful for the first time home buyers as it gives them immense clarity about what the actual market situation is and how they should plan their next move. Second Session: After the buyer gets educated enough to shortlist right set of properties, then comes the first showing. There, Mandeep Basra discusses further aspects of the property in detail. And if there are any suspected cons, he will educate the home buyer about it rightaway. At every showing, there are new learnings for the buyer about the various properties, price points that the properties deserve and actual price points at which they are listed. After enough showings: At this point of time, buyer is educated enough to go for the first offer for the property selected. At this point, Mandeep Basra educates the buyer about how the bidding process actually works. When the offer is accepted: At this point, Mandeep Basra will further educate you about the home inspection process, what to consider and the conditions in the home inspection where the buyer should definitely back out from the deal. After satisfactory inspection: After this, Mandeep Basra will recommend the buyer the right Mortgage agent and lawyer for the further process. After closing: At this stage, buyer will start looking for the second investment property and Mandeep Basra will continue to help that buyer.
