Luisa goes above and beyond what you would expect of a realtor. I had to sell my mom's house after she went into a retirement facility and Luisa's caring and understanding of the situation as well as her skills, made the whole process less stressful. Her suggestions and guidance on what to do to prepare the house for sale, gained us an over asking price. She was quick to respond to our questions and kept us informed every step of the way.
