Okay, first thing, I am a giant ball of stress at the best of times, never mind buying a house in the middle of a pandemic. Lucas made the process not only bearable, but infinitely less stressful. He made himself available whenever we needed him, and went out of his way to get us whatever information we needed, even if it wasn’t the sort of thing you would usually go to a realtor for. He viewed the house with us multiple times, and was quick to respond whenever we had questions, or wanted to add another house to the list at the last minute. He got us an amazing price on our new home we could have never even dreamed of... And this doesn’t even cover how he’s gone out of his way to have our new house cleaned professionally, and have our driveway plowed out. He also talked us through some pretty stressful days, when we were unsure of our decision to move forward as the world changed so fast around us. He talked us through it, and gave us any information he could to help our decision... and I am so very glad that we chose to go forward.
