Lubna was incredibly helpful to us in the purchase of our first home. Not only was she well versed in first-time-buyer questions, related government rebates, but she was also very patient and informative in walking us through the purchase process. She also took the time to learn what it was we were looking for, and helped provide us with different properties to go and view in the areas we were interested in. Lubna also helped us 'inspect' each property we went to, looking for important details like HVAC age, water damage, etc. She was extremely responsive whenever we emailed or texted - even getting back to us while she was out of country. Lubna kept in touch through every part of the process and even after we officially got the keys. My wife and I would definitely recommend Lubna to anyone looking for a realtor that is 'on it' at all time.
